Brief details about the scholarship, It was suggested that those chosen will be required to share there experience.

Making the correction Primose emphasize on accurate information. It is necessary to be carefully when taking the data in order to avoid mistakes. He said that when a mapper is in the field he/she should write everything down to avoid forgetting some information.

FORMATION OF ENTITY
Listing and comparing groups e.t.cidentifying their differences and deciding on which one fits their group best.{ society,trust,NGO}

GROUP DECISION
The all group decided that it was best to go for trust since it was much related to our work and intentions in future.

MEETING WITH PHILIP
Since it was a little bit harder for us to make a decision on which way to go when registering the group, Mikel was requested to meet Philip and make arrangements on how the all group can meet with him and discuse on the same issue.

DISTRIBUTION OF THE PUMPLEX CONCERNING TRUST
It was decided that the pumphlets will be printed and given to each one to read and understand it very well then decide as a group.

ADJOUGNEMENT
Meeting was adjougned at 2:00pm and for the next meeting to be communicated.
