PRELIMINARIES
Mikel welcomed members and took them through the last minitus

AGENDAS
Discussing about the muvutu.
Briefings about UNICEF.
Introduction about sate light.

MIN 01/2010
Muvutu got surprised with the budget members had made and they did not act on it. They decided to make there own arrangements. They scheduled, participants to work for 1hr 30min at the cost of Shs 600.Ambessador wore working at accost of Shs 1200 and for administration Shs 2000 of which added to Shs 14000.
To the add on there arrangement the decided mapping to come up laiter.This brought a lot of question to the members until Douglas reminded the members on the words he used to tell some times ago, that before accepting to engage in any work with any org. you have to enquire more about the org.Because other org. may just want us to be a stepping stone.

We also discussed about UNICEF. Joshua a member of UNICEF was glad with what member were doing and then requested whether we can work with us. He wanted us to part of some of the project like, mapping, community meeting and talking to people, using the map, community discussion, documentation eg.vedios, photo, Updating them on what is going on in the community through sms.
Douglas also reminded us that we can not work with uncef before registering because it’s a big organisation. We were also told Joshua was coming next week with proposals.

Meeting was adjourned AT 4:00PM and scheduled next to be on 25th Feb. 2010 in KCODA OFFICE. at 2:00pm.
