Members Present: Millicent Achieng, Mildred Amwayi, Regina Awino, Zack Wambua, Leonard Okwako, Kevin Otieno, Gideon Odhiambo, Hussan Yusuf, Maurine Omino, Douglas Namale, Kennedy Ogolla, Erica Hagen, Mikel Maron.

Preliminaries: Mikel welcomed members and he read the previous minutes.

Movirtu Participants
Members were requested to give the names of the participants and they were asked whether they will be some of the people to accompany the participants in the process.
The dates that were given for the process were 22nd, 23rd, 24th, and 25th.And for this process to run there were some costs that were given to govern the members. These were cost of security, venue, busfare if needed, mapping, reimbursement of the time of making budget, purchase of material. And token amount of the participation of the members.
Movirtu Ambassadors
Members were asked to give out one person who will be at the venue the all of that process to be guiding the participants and any other person who will be in need of any help. The request was left pending for some time because negotiation of the cost of that position. Douglas Namale and Kevin Otieno were given mandate to come up with a budget that will govern the all process. Maurine Omino was mandated to look for the venue that will be available the whole of the days given and after that to communicate to coordinators.
Movirtu Costs
Members were asked to come up with the costs of the each and every item that was mentioned in the budget.
Adjournment
Meeting was adjourned at 5:00pm and agreed to meet on Monday 15th Feb 2010 at CFK premises.
