PRELIMINARIES
The meeting was started and Mikel read the previous minutes.

MIN01/2010
For the UNICEF deal, mikel and Erica said, it is still kind of proposal and that we should expect to more from them after they talk to Joshua.

MIN02/2010
The amnesty thing Gideon reported the outcome of the task he was given that we would need a of having handouts. We should also look at possible sport where the image would be set. We also talked of the possible materials and we only basing at Kisumu ndogo, Gatwekera and Soweto East.
The task given that we talk to the chief, locate the place and the materials..
The next meeting everyone to bring idea on what we should do over that and we also made rough estimate for the whole budget.

MIN03/2010
The meeting that some members of the group attended,{ Ted x} the others to be briefed on the discussion and the out come of the meeting.

HIROS representative were coming next week Tuesday and there was a need of tour guiders to take them through the Kibera village. Lucy and Mildred were chosen to help that day. 9th 03 2010

A member raised the issue of attendance the question being that, what should be done to people who default meetings and how many times must they be pardoned? They postponed this question until there a structure in the group.

Mikel later suggested that we should arrange with Phillip to meet and discuss organisation oral stuff as a facilitator in special session.

Mikel also talked of muvurtu that they had handed over to him the ambassadors money and so the members decided the to money to be divided among each other but those who participated fully in that programme to get large amount than the others.
