- Examine presets Map Kibera used, and review notes in the wiki
- Download all Kibera data (http://mapkibera.org/download/ has Kibera and thematic extracts) and load into JOSM.
- Methodically review each point of interest, make sure tags look reasonable.
- Pay special attention to "note", "notes", "NOTE", etc. These were often used to include information that didn't readily fit the schema. If there is some information there which looks like it could be structured, then we can discuss.
- Once consistent and updated, document these tags as used.
- Make sure all points have both amenity=hospital or such, and health_facility=* so that they at least render on osm.org
- Devise our own rendering for use on mapkibera.org
- Present the documentation and rendering to open the discussion on tagging more widely.
