data quality checks

• correct tagging
• missing tags, notes, and new cartography
• correct spelling and capitalization
• truthing against satellite imagery
• gpx points and missing tracks
• classification of tracks and publication of "map key" for kibera

• the map should be searchable. you can search for schools hospitals and get list...
• get KML and Shapefile complete

• depth on medical facilities .. match against WHO data model, kenya health facilities
• design and training of this survey
• investigate gps track points + imagery for terrain model
• JOSM needs better way of handling temporary login.
